Y2K Happens!

Are GRPMAX SolutionsY2K Ready?

Yes. In fact, almost all new hardware, software, and solutions offered by most vendors (or their latest versions) were Y2K ready by 1998 or 1999. The Y2K problem primarily concerned (and can still effect) "older" hardware and software, and older "legacy" applications, COBOL in particular, that were put into service some time ago.

All GRPMAX solutions and technologies, including our exclusive Automated Task Replacement (ATR) technology, are built upon and implemented via the latest versions of the latest industry standard software development tools available, such as Visual C++™ and Visual Basic™ from Microsoft™, all of which are Y2K compliant.

Does GRPMAX do Y2K?

Yes. However, by now of course most of the Y2K-related problems have been addressed. There are also already a multitude of IT staff and vendors offering their services to address such problems. So, in keeping with our preference of focusing on the more challenging IT problems, we prefer to work only on large-scale and pressing challenges that your existing resources are unable to meet.

If you have lingering or continuing Y2K-related issues that were not all addressed by the year 2000, and you are not satisfied that your existing efforts can address your organization's ongoing Y2K issues adequately it is very possible that our exclusive Automated Task Replacement™ (ATR™) technology can further automate and significantly speed up your ongoing Y2K conversion and documentation process.
