Tools, Models, and Illustrations

As explained also on our “TIIMS” page, GRPMAX® innovations are comprised of part technology and part methodology.

The GRPMAX method is cross discipline and encompasses numerous areas, including but not limited to: consulting, technology, and solutions in the areas of business management, leadership development, business process improvement, and innovation and technology. However, the innovations and capabilities that set GRPMAX apart from more typical “consulting” offerings cannot be overemphasized, as should be clearly evident to the enlightened reader based upon the concrete numbers (such as minimum improvements of 25% ), as well as the numerous other differentiating factors and examples provided.

Below are a number of tools, models, and illustrations that GRPMAX has been using for years but previously were only available to clients, prospective clients, and colleagues, and which are appearing here on our public website for the first time.

Wheels of Relevance

The GRPMAX Wheels of Relevance are designed to convey at a glance some of the key concepts of what we do as well as some of the tools, models, and terminology that are used.

The Concierge Wheel of Relevance

The words and phrases within the Concierge Wheel of Relevance came largely from clients, who have over the years used them to describe some aspects of what we do.

The Covington Conundrum

To say that there is more to the Covington Conundrum chart than meets the eye might be an overstatement, because it’s all right there, illustrated within the chart. But it can take a while to digest, especially if it’s being viewed outside the context of the full presentation that normally accompanies it.

As explained on the “What We Do page” page:

Our motto is that “we make the ImPossible Possible™.” We solve problems and achieve results that others consider to be impossible.

That is made possible by quite literally having cracked the keys to life and having figured out the answers to life. Because that is understandably a big claim and a lot to contemplate, to greatly oversimplify, let’s reduce it to numbers: We can improve almost anything — personal, professional, or organizational — by at least 25%, and in some cases have enabled improvement by 99% or more.

Presentations, content, tools, and illustrations are available to prove and support these claims and capabilities, including one called “The Covington Conundrum™,” named after GRPMAX Founder Phil Covington. The conundrum being that the degree to which these innovations can benefit you is so great that it may well exceed your ability to comprehend and/or believe, even though it is true.

The Covington Conundrum Base Chart incorporates many concepts to illustrate what is possible by utilizing these innovations, versus typical results (Current Performance).

The line (or vector) titled “Maximum Achievable Outcome” is derived from the “MAX” in GRPMAX ®.

We also call it the MaxPath™, which serves multiple roles, including as an illustrative term, a label, and a variable in various calculations. Almost everyone knows the concept of the shortest distance between two points (usually) being a straight line, but that’s a mouthful, and quite unwieldy! Additionally, the MaxPath represents more than just the shortest or most optimal path, but also wherever possible the path that results in the maximum achievable outcome.

These are just a few of the tools, models, and illustrations that enable our work. There are many more. As explained above, this is the first time any of these illustrations are appearing here on our public website. It is possible that we may share more with the public at some point in the future.
