How TIIMS™ Works

TIIMS is part methodology, part technology. More than 30 years of research, field testing, and implementation have resulted in a set of principles that identify and address those areas within most organizations that are truly responsible for most of the problems, and that enable the most dramatic improvements. The Thirteen Principles address issues at the very highest level, but there are additional sub-principles, rules, and procedures that cover all issues down to the lowest level and finest detail. All of the above comprises the TIIMS methodology.

Just addressing all of the issues identified within the principles and concepts of TIIMS will in and of itself enable dramatic improvements within any organization. However, people aren’t perfect, and workers often don’t like to follow rules. The technology of TIIMS addresses this area with the first computer software that can on a wide scale supplement or replace the job functions performed by office workers, including management and executive level positions.
